Prior to that he served as SVP, Business Development and Portfolio Manager of Surge Capital, a Hedge Fund, served as BDO of CapitalSource and BDM of FINOVA Capital, $5B and $17B Commercial Lenders.  Prior experience was CFO/COO/GM of RB Furniture, a $181M retailer/manufacturer and Corporate Accounting Manager of Montgomery Ward, a retailer with volumes of $5.5B. The majority of Mr. Whitley’s Career has been working with management of systems and technology of high growth emerging businesses with particular success in lending, retailing and technology sectors.
