Advisory Services PJW Financial, LLC (PJW) provides its clients with a variety of services that include: developing turnaround plans, devising restructuring and divestiture strategies, and providing strategic acquisition and growth plans. Many of our clients also may benefit from debt restructuring and preparation for accessing debt and/or equity funding from the capital markets. Clients may elect to retain us for analysis and the development of an action plan for an individual area of their operations. They may also retain us to make a global analysis and to provide them with recommendations for their overall operations. PJW professional team will visit the client and conduct an extensive review of all existing operational procedures and controls. Upon completion of its review, PJW will present its findings to management along with the implementation strategies needed to fulfill the client's mandate. Strategic Acquisition & Growth Planning PJW's professional team will assist the client in determining if revenue growth is optimally achieved via acquisition, generic expansion of current capabilities, or if a no-growth policy should be instituted while operations are stabilized. The evaluation process will include a thorough financial and operational analysis of the target acquisition, the target market, and target valuation.
Debt Restructuring & Refinancing Following a strategic evaluation of the client's current and projected financial situation, a restructuring of short and long-term debt or the placement of new debt may be appropriate. Projects could entail: Negotiated workouts Refinancing PIPE transactions for cash flow Long-term payment plans of all liabilities Once a client is "credit worthy" and is prepared for presentation to the capital markets for refinancing or initial funding, PJW can facilitate funding through its extensive network of lenders and investors, including specialists in the following areas: Senior debt Mezzanine debt Bridge financing Buyout funds Private equity groups PIPE's Tranche B
