Paul Whitley
Paul Whitley is a Managing Member of the PJW Financial and has over 30 years of Commercial Lending, Investment Banking and operational
experience
and has a high degree of success in
providing financing, raising debt and equity for many types of companies. He also has served as a consulting advisor assisting troubled companies to restructure and refinance.
Prior to establishing PJW Financial, Mr. Whitley was Senior Vice President of Surge Capital,
Hedge Fund where Mr. Whitley’s responsibility was to source,
underwrite, fund and manage portfolios of companies in the niche commercial lending verticals of virtually every type of business and industry.
Prior to Surge Capital, Mr. Whitley was Business Development Officer for CapitalSource Finance, LLC - Structured Finance Group lending to auto dealers, auto finance, leasing, mortgage and consumer finance companies against their Receivable Portfolios providing senior warehouse credit facilities to specialty commercial and consumer finance companies as well as other originators of specialized assets.
Prior to CapitalSource, Mr. Whitley was Assistant Vice President Business Development Manager – Rediscount Finance for FINOVA Capital Corporation and was responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs and sales strategies directed to companies in the commercial lending verticals.
